STATIC BASELINE LOCKED LIVE ROLLING FORECAST ACTIVE Updates when actuals or pipeline overrides differ from baseline
📊 Budget vs Actual — Year to Date (Year 1)
🤝 Contracts Signed — Target vs Actual
⏱ Contract Lifecycle — Lead Time Visualiser
Contracts signed today won't generate revenue until Month 8 (after 7 months of pre-construction). Claims are issued per your installment schedule — watch the Cash Flow tab for the timing impact.
Two-Track Model: The Static Baseline (Budget) uses Budget Contracts/Month and Budget Lead Time — these are locked and never change once set. The Live Rolling Forecast uses Rolling Forecast Contracts/Month, the live Lead Time slider, and any pipeline overrides you enter in the Pipeline tab. The Dashboard Budget vs Actual panel always compares actuals against the budget forecast (matching the P&L and Cash Flow tables).

Monthly Override: Leave blank to use default assumptions. Revenue for contracts signed in Month 1 starts flowing in Month 8 (after 7 months lead time) per your claim installment schedule.
🪣 Job Deposit Funnel
When ON, "signed contracts" are DERIVED from a deposit funnel and REPLACE the flat pipeline above: clients pay a fixed deposit fee, some fall off, the rest sign after a lead time paying a % deposit, then progress claims follow. The "Contracts Signed" column below then edits monthly deposits. OFF = the flat pipeline is unchanged.

📊 Monthly Contract Pipeline — 60 Months
Month Contracts Signed Avg Value ($) Contract Value ($) Deposit Received ($) Build Lead (mths) Onsite Month 1st Claim ($)
📈 Pipeline by Year
Opening Jobs = jobs already in hand. Pick a Stage per row and enter the relevant month, job count and per-job value. Deposited = fall-off & sign-lead still ahead (deposit recognised at signing); Contract = already signed (deposit received, month = signing month); On-site = already building (month = on-site month, bills immediately). Each claim stage is recognised at exactly the % you typed in the Claim Schedule.
Opening Balances = carried-in receivables/payables/GST position at the budget start. Debtors and creditors show up as one-off cash movements in the FIRST budget month (debtors in, creditors out); GST debt shows up as a cash outflow at the first lodgement settlement month (negative = refund, an inflow).

📊 Actual Figures — Monthly Entry
After entering actuals, switch to the P&L or Cash Flow tab and select Actual or Variance (A−B) to compare against the forecast.
Variance = Actual minus Budget. Green = favourable · Red = unfavourable.
Cash Receipts is derived automatically from your actual Revenue using the model's Invoice → Cash Collection lag — the same collection rhythm as the forecast — so you don't need to type it. The Cash Receipts column here is only a fallback for months where no actual revenue was entered.
